When something feels off,
at work or in life,
it’s rarely random.
I spent nearly four decades as a leader at three different Fortune 100 companies, navigating politics, cultures, complexity, pressure, and high expectations. And as a woman in male-dominated Tech, that added another whole layer of ‘stuff’.
I also know firsthand what happens when high performance and high demands collide with physical and mental limits. I’m a two-time burnout survivor. The first time I had to step back and regroup. The second time I learned ways to protect my health while still contributing at a high level. Recovery and rebuilding takes time and attention, but it is absolutely possible. Prevention is even easier!
Here on Substack I write about:
Corporate / Executive things — lessons from my career
Human Design — which has completely changed how I view myself and my people
Health and Wellness — things I learned in my burnout recovery, that also supported my cancer recovery, and are now a top priority in my coaching.

If you want help with whatever is feeling ‘off’, I also have a small, deeply relational coaching practice, where I work 1x1 with accomplished people who are at some kind of crossroads (chosen or not), or sensing something on the horizon. They want help to develop plans that address root causes, not just treat surface symptoms.
My approach blends:
• Corporate leadership experience
• My THRIVE Diagnostic framework
• Human Design insights
• Deep listening and pattern recognition
I don’t offer generic advice. I help you think clearly, evaluate your options, and develop practical next steps, so you can get back to Thriving.
It all starts with a free 30-min chat about what’s up for you right now, to see if working with me might be a fit for you.
