1. Career & Leadership Coaching – Executive perspective and practical next steps
These sessions focus on understanding the underlying dynamics of a current situation and determining a clear path forward. Choose Traditional coaching, grounded in decades of leadership experience, or upgrade to include personalized insights based on your Human Design.
Ideal for role tension, boss or colleague dynamics, high-stakes career decisions, and communication challenges.

$150-$300 per 60-minute session

2. THRIVE Diagnostic Workshop – Root-cause insight and a custom action plan
A private, facilitated 90–120 minute deep dive assessment of your Work, Home, Community, and Self. This insight, combined with a review of burnout risk factors helps identify underlying drivers, not just symptoms.
Ideal for those wanting an analytical diagnostic or those wondering: “Is this just a work issue, or something bigger?”

1-to-1 virtual workshop: $650

3. Human Design Starter – Understand your operating system
A two-session introduction to the core mechanics of your design: how you are built to make decisions, use energy, and contribute. Includes guidance for applying these principles in everyday situations.
Ideal for those wanting an initial understanding of how they are designed.

Two-session learning sequence: $750

4. THRIVE Method Immersion – Whole-life recalibration and a tested path forward
It begins with the precision of the THRIVE Diagnostic assessment: identifying underlying drivers across your life domains. From there, we integrate applied Human Design work, putting the theory into practice with experimentation and refinement, so you develop the practical skills to emerge with a clear vision and an optimized action plan.
Ideal for professionals ready for deeper recalibration across work and life.

Seven-session immersion: $3000
